Wordless Wednesday - Weinerbunnies

It's bad lighting..but Beckett willingly modeled his bunny ears!

Paisley was a little unsure of them...

I hope the Easter weenie...um, bunny was good to everyone!

I posted pictures to Facebook and got feedback that I'm mean for making them wear sweaters, a snugglie, etc....in this case bunny ears.  Sorry, but I'm not sorry!  Being my furbaby means you get good means, homemade treats, your own pillows (OK, I just let them steal mine), health insurance and endless love.  All I ask in return is a few embarrassing pictures a year.  Sounds fair to me! :-)

  2. Some dogs like dressing up! Haha. Mine don't and they make sure I know it by eating their clothes, ties, collars, etc.

  3. They are so cute and I'm sorry, but they don't look like they're hurting one bit. People are so judgey!!

  4. They are SO CUTE!! Mine would never leave ears on. lol.

I've gotten a few remarks in the past too. Like when Sophie wears a sweater. Ok, she gets cold. Sorry I'd rather keep her warm than watch her shiver. And for the cute dresses and other things? Well, that's just fun. I think they would even agree with that. haha. ;-)

  5. I had to be "bunnied" too, it is a small price for all the treats and love I got for Easter.

p.s. lots of doggies wear sweaters and lots of our pals wore bunny ears, some people should mind their own business. We are loved and cared for and that is most impawtent, I can occasionally humor them with clothes in return.

  6. That is so cute! I agree, they're my (well, yours, but you know what I mean!) dogs, and I care for them as well, if not better, than I do myself. I'll do whatever I damn well want to with them!

  7. Awww, what cuties. Happy belated Easter from Canines & Couture. I wanted to do bunny ears on the Smoosh this year but instead decided to put him in an easter "basket," for a photo shoot. haha

P.S. Are you going to the BlogPaws conference in May?

  8. The Dachshund tolerates the dressing up (it's that anything for treats attitude!) the corgi gets the same "unsure"/horrified look Paisley has and the collie absolutely loves wearing stuff! I haven't taken any flack for dressing them up but I think most people who've seen it, know they are SPOILED dogs and it's not too much to ask!!

  10. Don't listen to those folks on fb. I sure don't want them messing with the deal I've got.

  11. People who say you're "mean" to those dogs obviously do not know what they're talking about.

  12. I can't believe I missed your Weiner Bunnies post! Beckett is such a sport! Chloe just freezes when I put something on her head.

It has taken me forever to come re-follow everyone with my new blog, but I am back! :)
